ISSUE REPORTED:
Heavy Sticking.
ROOT CAUSE:
The drug itself is the Sticky nature.
Design Modification:
Shape changed from Standard Concave to Biconcave, with reduced cup depth.
KTT CHROMO for Punches &HCHCr D3 Grade Steel for Dies with CRCN coating.
After running of half an hour sticking observed on supplied tooling with above remedies.
KTT CHROMO for Punches , M35 Grade Steel for Dies with
ENI Coating.
Coating peel off issue observed in both Punch tip and Tooling Face.
Then we again recalled the punches at our site re-coated
with “NEDOX” coating.
We got the successful results.
