KTT CHROMOfor Punches &HCHCr D3 Grade Steel for Dies with IB35+ Coating.
With the above remedies we supplied tooling, the punches did not work, same sticking issue was observed.

SECOND SUPPLY:

MOC:

Upper punches MOC-M2 grade steelwith tip length maintained 8.50 mm instead of 11.00 mm with double step.

COATING:

De-coated complete lot and re-coated with “NEDOX”
Coating.
With the above remedies we got results on sticking, but coating pill off issue observed on entire punch.

THIRD SUPPLY (REPLACEMENT):

MOC & COATING:

KTT CHROMO (SLEIPNER) for Punches & CRCN Coating with Wet Blasting.

RESULT:

With the above remedies, here we got the successful results on sticking as well as tip breakages.
