ISSUE REPORTED:

Heavy Sticking & Low RPM of Machine.

ROOT CAUSE:

Since the product is a combination of Ibuprofen & Paracetamol (Ibuprofen is of highly sticky nature)

Design Modification:

Cup depth changed from 1.67 to 1.40 mm Biconcave

MOC& COATING:

D2 with IB90 coating.

Punches were run on 16 RPM, but the issue was not resolved, and thickness also reduced.

KTT CHROMO (Sleipner) For Punches & M35 Grade Steel for Dies with CRCN coating.

With remedies provide in 2nd supply, the machine was run on 24 RPM, the issue got resolved.
